Nothing much to say here. ISRO is crying... because it worked on it and was expecting results - good results - for the purpose why it was built.

Around 1952, Indian Constitution too was built and accordingly a government. Then the government loses contact with Indian Public and its basic needs. They never tried to establish the connection. A hard worked upon rules and regulations, created with utmost care by the freedom fighters... lost in the name of politics.

I am just wondering who is crying over the lost contact among “People Incharge of the Indian Republic” and the “Average Lives” that lost long ago!
